La struttura è situata nel cuore del centro della città antica dove è possibile visitare tutti i luoghi storici. Da Napoli sotterranea al Cristo Velato il Duomo la strada dei presepi ( San Gregorio Armeno ) il museo archeologico e le tantissime chiese secolari della zona. tutto questo ed altro ancora e possibile visitarlo a piedi perché é a pochi passi dalla struttura. Senza parlare poi dei punti di ristoro , la zona é piena di antiche pizzerie e trattorie dove si possono gustare piatti tipici napoletani. La struttura è a pochi passi dalla metropolitana.
