55 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk bed), living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, kitchenette with induction plates and oven, equipped with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and large balcony with tables, chairs and umbrella. The Blue Holiday apartment is located in a condominium located in a residential area, with a private access to the sea 80 meters away. The rental price includes: electricity consumption, water consumption, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, initial cleaning, final cleaning, the bed linen kit and the bath towels kit for each person (shower towel , face towel, bidet towel). The apartment is rented exclusively for tourist purposes - "ex article 1, paragraph II, letter c), of Italian law n.431/98", and for periods of less than 30 days, and the rental contract is governed by articles 1571 and following of the Italian Civil Code. The property is not rented to individuals who operate artistic or professional businesses. The property is in possession of the Energy Performance Certificate (A.P.E.) in class A1, and the latter is available to the potential tenant.
