I didn’t even stay at the property. I booked at 9 pm the time to check in is 8 pm not later. I arrived at the property at 10:45 and no one there to help us out check in ,, I tried to call the number and no one answered the phone and the voicemail saying that they opened at 8 in the morning,, they charged me for nothing,,
Amazing place near the ocean with views and lots of things...
Amazing place near the ocean with views and lots of things to do. We went to eat at Il Faro a couple of times and we really enjoyed it. Climbed the mountain to see the Etruscan ruins, great views from up there. The city of Talamone is very nice to walk and enjoy for the passeggiata.

Really nice town, lovely landscape and views.
Really nice town, lovely landscape and views. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is very "chic/posh", which translates into over expensive restaurants and hotels. Still, worth visiting (specially if you take a boat!).

Nice landscape with nice views.
Nice landscape with nice views. Close to sea and close to the peninsula. Just beware the roads on the peninsula - depending on the car and skill, it might be to much for you (nort-western part of the via vicinale is sand-rock path that fits one car just fine, except that it isn’t a one way street).
We had a brilliant time here! It’s situated in a lovely place near the edge of the Maremma an near the stunning village of Talamone.. we had a coco sweet tent which was very well equipped.. although it you can bring an electric stove you can make coffee.. above all the staff were so nice!! Went out of their way to help us when we had a problem at home that needed fixing .. Also two swimming pools meant that they never got overcrowded. Overall highly recommended!
The hotel is right on the water, there is an aperitivo bar just outside that serves pasta and charcuterie, perfect for a quiet evening drink. The breakfast the hotel offered was great, fresh croissants, ham and cheese, seating outside. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The old town is a 2 minute walk away, full of restaurants. There is a 4k nature walk along the beach, perfect for an early morning run, too.
Stunning ocean bay views from the house. Spacious apartment, gated on big lot. There were a few animals, I guess they need to have them to keep the Agriturismo status. Very scenic location. Very convenient nestled in between two towns with access to shops, a sandy beach, the busy Bagno delle Donne Talamone beach and a rocky private beach (15 min drive on dirt road) We would definitely come back.
Enjoyed the remote location. The family members were lovely and responsive. Ethical horse riding opportunity with Vittoria was excellent. Accommodation was not fancy but we were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Costanza gave us all the necessary tips for where to visit in the are. We loved the restaurant at Casa Ricci! Good base for visiting the Maremma Natural park.
The location was truly beautiful, an idyllic setting in untouched Tuscan countryside. The apartments are arranged in such a way as they are very private and all face in different directions. There is a view of the sea and the town of Talamone in the distance. The apartments are tastefully furnished and the garden and grounds are immaculately kept.
The location and view are great, it has lovely gardens and outdoor seating areas, and the swimming area was incredible!! So nice to be so close to the beach and swimming!!
All the staff were especially friendly and helpful too. And the breakfast was yummy! I really can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Parking on site!!!
Large, well equipped, and lovely house with a very friendly host. Great base for various trips in Maremma, beautiful beaches, and lovely Tuscan villages. Recommended!
Location , members of staff all very kind and professional
The hotel needs some improvements especially the carpet in the status and terrace on top floor
