Located at the second floor (third floor in US system), the apartment offers to its guest an intimate and youthful environment. This apartment offer many amenities and spaces that respond to the need of those who want to feel at home even away from home. Three spacious room that can be used as single/twin or double (as request) and one more room with a comfortable single bed (1,2 mt) and two bathroom: one with tub and shower, tumble drier, washing machine and ironing board, the other with a dressing room with two sinks and hair drier and a full bathroom with shower. A bright living room with led TV, home theater, CD-DVD player, two comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious table will allow you to enjoy relaxing moments. Every room are equipped with air conditioner. Free WI-FI (+200Mbit)! Garage parking is available at affordable rates. Street parking is free, but the spot is no guarantee. The apartment is easily reachable by car because it is outside the camera ZTL (limited traffic zone), by public transport (you can take just one bus) or 10-15 minute from the central station of Santa Maria Novella.Ponte Vecchio is about at 15 minute walk along the river.
When I renovated the apartment, I tried to make it as comfortable as possible for me and for all my guests.I like if my guests enjoy their stay in my apartment. I believe in the lifestyle that emphasizes respect for the diversity, for the people, for the traditions and for the environment.
The apartment is located in the Oltrarno district, in front of Porta di San Frediano.Oltrarno, also known as "Diladdarno”, is located on the left side of the Arno river, and is part of the historical center of Florence. It includes famous districts such as Santo Spirito and San Frediano. Monuments, gardens and palaces unique in the world, as Pitti Palace, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the garden of Boboli along with the shops of artisans, goldsmiths, restorers, make this area as the place where the old florence still lives.
