The fine print
- EURO 100 penalty in case of unauthorized late check out more than one hour after the scheduled time. And additional 100 for each additional hour of delay. It is indeed strictly forbidden not to check out at 10 AM, unless previously arranged with us through the platform.
- EURO 30 (Only if requested) Additional bed for reason of preference (ex: two people do not want to sleep in the same bed and an additional bed is requested). valid for groups up to 4 people. Does not apply to groups of 5 or 6 people. The apartment provides for the preparation of all beds. The sofa bed is prepared only for groups of 5 and 6 people or upon request and payment of the fee of 30 euros.
Check-in from 11:00 AM just to drop off your bags. The house will be cleaned until 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM it will be clean and perfect for you.
- Should you check in between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, you will be able to come to the apartment, check in and leave your bags. You will then have to return to the apartment once the apartment is clean and perfect for you from 3:00 pm onwards.
- Follow the self check in instructions posted on the platform. Three days before the check in date, instructions will be sent to you on the platform. Check in can also be done late in the evening.
- Check out no later than 10:00 am. Turn off the lights and air conditioning, close all windows and the apartment door by pressing the back button next to 9 on the keypad.
- You must give notice of your arrival time at least the day before your arrival.
- Respect the property and keep it clean.
- Turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.
- Close the windows and lock the front door whenever you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for your personal belongings in case of break-in or theft.
- Smoking in the apartment or on the stairs is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for our neighbors, no running in the stairs and keep your voice and music after 10 pm.
- Upon check-out, do not leave dirty dishes or garbage in the house.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
