Beautifully presented hotel in a picture postcard part of Sicily. The staff were exceptionally helpful and offered to book several restaurants for us in nearby towns. The location is great although a car is a must.

The Palazzo is a modern type accommodation housed within a refurbished Palazzo. It is managed by a central agency that looks after multiple properties in Scicli. It was easy to find and there was free parking nearby. Staff came and met us at the property after a short wait. The rooms are large and airy but somewhat sparsely appointed. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to stay longer in the formal dining room after we had checked out. The wifi worked well and we were able to stream live television from abroad. Perhaps the highlight was the breakfast which is served in a lovely little cafe housed in the lower floor. The food was amazing and plentiful and the cafe staff were lovely!

The Hotel Novecento is an intimate boutique hotel, set in the heart of Scicli. It is housed in a restored ancient building from the early 20th century.

Very prompt response. Great hosts, friendly, helpful and committed to great service. Every thing you may need such as condiments, soap, first aid laundry items etc. We regretted not staying longer. Considering returning and staying for a month. The unassuming building in a narrow street does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the marble(?) Stairs to the beautifully decorated apartment. Every room has plenty character and make you feel you are in a Sicilian palazzo. A place with personalty that adds to the travel experience. Great value!
