Typical Favignana-style villa located far from the summer confusion of the town, inside a 2500 square meter property, among pine trees and prickly pears, just a few minutes away--by foot--from the beautiful Cala Rotonda, one of the most charming and wild bays of the island. The house is an annex of a larger property but completely independent, with its own keys, bathroom, terrace with a table and chairs, kitchen and hammock.
The house is located in the quieter and wilder part of the island, also called "bosco" (eng. "woods")--across the mountain from the town/harbor.
