The owners of the property live on the island and will be happy to provide any information. In our holiday home breakfast is not included but we offer free our guests coffee, tea, sugar, chamomile, a bottle of water and delicious treats to welcome to prepare a breakfast in peace, because the beauty of a holiday at Casa Nova is to live the island like buranelli: go to the baker's house and take fresh croissants in the morning or buy ham and cheese in the grocery store and meet the local people.

Property information

Casa Nova is pleased to welcome its guests to Burano to let them discover a different way to experience Venice. Immersed in the bright colors that characterize this unique island in the world, Casa Nova includes two bright rooms on the first and second floor (Colombina and Arlecchino) both with panoramic views, climate, satellite TV, independent heating and completely independent services. On the first floor you will find the "Colombina" room with a double bedroom with a lovely private terrace, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped stove. On the second floor you will find the Arlecchino room with a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, equipped stove and a mezzanine with two fuitons. You will find everything you need: towels, sheets, hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, glasses, cutlery, pots and dishes

Neighbourhood information

Casa Nova is located in the heart of the island, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores.  In addition to the lace museum and the church of San Martino where you can admire paintings painted by Tiepolo and other artists of the time, it is possible, for nature lovers, to make interesting excursions in the lagoon to visit the nearby islands not accessible by public transport . There is also the possibility to organize fishing trips and to rent boats. Our guests will find all the information directly in the structure. Casa Nova is located right in the heart of Burano and from the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Via di Pizzo.
