Exceptionally good service at the hotel. Staff is very attentive. Golf cars to go to the beach are available immediately. Cleaning is ok. Housekeeping would always forget something (to leave water or coffee capsules, but in one call to reception all will be resolved).
Food is very good.

Breakfast was OK, it met the basics but in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Germany for the same price I would rate it below average. The room was clean and bed was OK, but the pillows were like stones..... If we return to the area I will bring my own pillows next time.

The owner is very kind and extremely helpful. As they were not serving dinner that night, he recommended an excellent restaurant for us and booked us a table. He also arranged for me to charge my car overnight, which is really appreciated!
The building is interesting as the hotel is set up in an old watermill. You can read and see part of the history there.

Ada and her husband were very hospitable hosts. She fed us lunch with 2 bottles of wine. Their home was a cross between an art gallery and a collectibles shop. It would be a wonderful venue for a wedding or rehearsal. Because Borgiallo is a very small town, there were no taxis or Uber. Ada made all of our transportation arrangements. Although we only stayed 1 night, they were friends by the time we left. Thank you, Ada.

Lovely property on a quiet road up the hill. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and finished with high quality materials. Large rooms and clean. Nice view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from including eggs, croissants, and fresh juice. Excellent value for money!
