Everything we needed for a short stay - comfortable bedroom, good shower, bar stools for hanging out in the kitchen, and even a washing machine for our laundry.
What a beautiful city and surrounding areas. So much to see and do, much of it just a short drive away - for instance, seeing the Black Madonna at Oropa, visiting the mediaeval castle in the city, eating the best ice cream I've ever had in the gelaterie next to the tourist office ... Looking forward to coming back and venturing further afield, for instance to the great lakes, only an hour or so's drive away.

I answered above that the length of stay was just right, but with half decent weather my stay would have needed to be longer as there are quite a few things to see and the area has beautiful nature ideal for walking.
Comfortable apartment in the center of the old town. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Equipped with all the devices needed for a holiday trip. Silvia is a very nice, helpful host. She adviced us all the interesting places in Biella, good restaurants as well as trekking routes in the nearby Aosta valley. Although we assumed that Biella would only be a starting point for trekking, the city itself turned out to be very interesting. We will definitely return.
The place is very nicely prepared, very clean and great location because you’re right on the center and have plenty of free parking space in the front.
The owner, although without knowing him, was helpful enough to send us plenty of suggestions to enjoy Biella and fast responses to our messages. Check in and check out is easy.
Great details like mosquito nets in the windows and plenty of space for towels.
Hotel Michelangelo is an exceptionally welcoming and comfortable hotel, conveniently close to the railway station. Our generously sized room with balcony was very quiet. The staff are delightful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding! Every element was totally delicious and service was very good. We cannot praise it too highly. We loved it so much, we have already booked to stay again!
Fantastic welcome in a beautiful quiet town up in the hills. Amazing scenery around. Very easy to park and we loved our beautiful kitsch room. It was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The meal in their restaurant just next to was superb. We were in Italy for 2 weeks and it was up there in the Top 3 best restaurants! Great access to Sanatorio D'Oropa. Very friendly welcome and staff
the building was very ancient and absolutely magical! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast included homemade cakes, local cheese and jams. The owner was the sweetest most hospitable person you will ever meet. She made sure I had everything I needed and was very sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return and have another adventure in Biella :)

What to say. Where to start. I have stayed in many, many BnBs and Hotels. This BnB completely exceeded everything I have seen. Should you want to visit Biella - Roberta and Filippo are THE hosts. The BnB itself is exceptional in all ways. Comfort, Design, Wifi, Beds, recommendations,... and the Breakfast - outstanding.
THANK YOU, this was a very special stay.
Cristina is an excellent host. The property is located just a few minutes walking distance from the Biella train station. The apartment is like own home with all facilities. The paper art made by Cristina is a bonus to art lovers. The art exhibits are exceptional. I was very comfortable.
Hotel as such could need some further "freshing up" but overall a good address to stay at in Biella. Centrally located, free parking in garage, breakfast ok. The staff though was extremely nice - I made a reservation mistake - but the staff was very helpful solving it
Angela, who was our contact was great she made restaurant recommendations and reservations us all three nights. She was very attentive to all of our needs. The place is huge. If visiting Biella again we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you
The friendliness of the host, it's privacy and security. It was easy to get to Biella. The place was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable as was the A/C. The landscaping and view to the mountain were very nice.
Salvatore was an excellent host, easy to reach and very quick to respond to a couple questions I had after arrival. The location is terrific and the parking is easy (and free). I'll book here again when I'm back in Biella.
Very comfortable hotel in the center of Biella. It has all you need to be comfortable (clean room, everything works well). Great breakfast with local cheese, cakes and pastries. Walking distance to Cittadell'arte!

It has an underground covered parking. The hotel is right in the center of the city. The staff are friendly especially Sofia. She was so pleasant all the time.
They are a 5 minute walk to the best pizza we have ever had. The hotel breakfast was excellent. They had safe, secure parking. Rooms were clean and big.
