Elegant structure in the center of Mestre located between the two most beautiful arteries of the city (street Ca Rossa and Avenue Garibaldi). Enclosed in a small garden with attention to all its details, it allows for a pleasant and peaceful stay.
Welcome to the city of Mestre. I renovated this host with the aim of creating a comfortable structure that can assure every tourist maximum hospitality in this city which acts as an antechamber of the unique and magical Venice but maintains both the identity of an urban reality that is home to services, neighborhoods residential and important economic productive realities and traces of historical evidence of significant importance. If all this is also your way of knowing and experiencing a city with more than a thousand years of history, then the apartment that I propose is right for you.
It is a comfortable neighborhood which, due to its location in the urban context, allows both a peaceful stay in Mestre with a visit to Piazza Ferretto which houses the eighteenth-century Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Palazzo da Re and the Clock Tower, and the well-known Theater Toniolo , located in an adjacent square, to the new fruit and vegetable and fish market, to the multimedia museum of the 20th century called M9, to the park of San Giuliano overlooking the lagoon and a visit to the beloved Venice with its monuments, churches and museums and shops for shopping. A few minutes from home, in street Ca Rossa, it is possible to take the tram that will take you to Venice in half an hour
