Porta Romana area, Viale Caldara, in the immediate vicinity of the yellow MM Porta Romana, we offer for rent a delightful and bright recently renovated Loft, finely furnished and equipped. The building is located on the ground floor of a condominium located inside and not directly on the street, therefore very quiet. The spaces, perfectly distributed over 2 levels, consist of an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living area with open kitchen (fully equipped with oven and dishwasher), TV area with sofa bed and spacious mezzanine bedroom with 4 seasons wardrobe. Air conditioning and Wifi present inside the structure. The building is served by a plurality of surface lines in the vicinity, such as number 9 (which intersects the central station) and line 24, plus the Porta Romana stop on the yellow line. Near hospital, Bocconi university, courthouse and city centre.
