Very comfortable apartament, fully equiped with usefull devices, like wash machine and even an iron. Beds very comfortable which is important after the whole day of sightseeing. The location is absolutely perfect A few minutes walk to a vaporetto station. Shops and restaurants on a next street

La Furlana is located in an area of the city still rich of Venetians. Also the neighbours are locals, and this is the reason why this experience gets a very genuine value. The area of Giardini and the close Island of Saint Elena are very green, calm and safe: you have the chance to do running, beautiful walks, pic-nics, etc. so perfect for a family. Via Garibaldi also offers many different options for lunch and dinner, but also a nice supermarket COOP open 7/7, a baker, bars, pharmacies and other very useful stores. There is also a daily market of fruits and vegetables.
Our staff does his best to offer the most genuine possible experience to the guests. The goal is have our guests living the real Venetian life during their stay. At their arrival we will be glad to give our suggestions to the guests accordingly to their needs and expectations.
The area of Castello, close to Via Garibaldi, is very convenient to reach the Biennale Giardini (5 minutes far by walking), the Biennale Arsenale (5 minutes far by walking), the beach and the Movie Festival of the Lido di Venezia (15-20 minutes by water-bus), but also Saint Mark's Square (15 minutes far by walking) and the Rialto Bridge (20 minutes). Very nice also the area called Quintavalle with the Church Basilica of Saint Peter and the famous white bell tower croocked.
