Property information

The apartment is a modern and beautiful newly renovated two-room apartment located on the first floor of a classic Old Milan style house, not far from the city center. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a double living room as well as a picturesque kitchen and a large bathroom. The apartment was renovated a little over a year ago under the guidance of a famous Milanese architect. Stiylist print is in many details: from the modern antique-mix of the furniture, to the bathroom door that disappears looking like a wardrobe up to the kitchen created in a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. The house is perfectly served by the public transportation that will allow you to reach every corner of the city.

Neighbourhood information

In the area there is an almost unlimited number of bars, restaurants and clubs in which to spend a pleasant evening. The historic center with its fashion district and its iconic streets are about a 15-minute pleasant walk away. The "Dateo" stop of the railway link is less than 5 minutes on foot and thanks to this you can reach all the main areas of the city. But if you prefer surface transport, a few meters from the apartment there are bus and tram stops.
