Esperienza di soggiorno eccezionale, casa molto pulita e ordinata, completamente attrezzata e nuovissima. Abbiamo fatto il check-in durante il periodo natalizio, tutti i problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno sono stati aiutati e risolti in modo rapido e preciso dall'host. Overlooking the mountains on the outskirts of Saltaus/Saltusio in the Passeier Valley/Val Passiria, the chalet Residenz - Chalet Riad impresses guests with its fantastic views, sunshine and a lot of privacy in a quiet area. The 90m² chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite TV. Your private outdoor area (120m²) includes a garden with a furnished and open terrace and a barbecue as well as an outdoor shower and a private whirlpool. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a heated pool. Free parking is available in a garage. Air conditioning is not available. Bikes are provided. The accommodation is geared towards sustainability and environmental awareness, largely energy self-sufficient through photovoltaics, modern Klimahaus (a construction technology), irrigation of the garden and planting is done via rainwater collection tanks, hot water production via the solar system. Waste separation is strictly followed. The chalet is absolutely allergy-friendly with a central vacuum cleaner system that removes any fine dust from the rooms.
