The check-in is done indipendently so it is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and complete check in online. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay, must be paid in cash.

Residenza 3B is a cozy and modern apartment located just restored (2022) on the ground floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere Santa Croce" not far from Piazzale Roma and from the train station. This pretty apartment is composed of a equipped kitchen, a bright living area with exposed beams, one large double bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with shower. The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and wifi connection; moreover sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

Neighborhood info

Located a short distance from the railway station and Piazzale Roma, between the waterbus stops of Riva de Biasio and San Stae, the accommodation is in an ideal position to reach all the main tourist sites, both on foot and by public transport . Santa Croce district is the most peaceful and quiet one. Nontheless in this area there are many traditional restaurants, cozy bars, and nice secondary squares, like Campo San Giacomo, where you can enjoy a walk getting a glimpse of the real Venice, made up of screaming kids running after a ball or jumping rope. This area is also strategic as it is a midway point from the bus and train station (10 minutes walking) and the heart of the city : Rialto bridge (other 10 minutes walking). The apartment is also very close to some attractions as the Natural History Museum, and the art museum of Ca' Pesaro.
