This holiday apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located, close to various means of transport, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby, you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundromat, and bars. Two parking spaces are available inside the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or organizing parties is not permitted. Two friendly dogs live in the outdoor areas, separated by a fence. Wi-Fi is available. Four external cameras with audio monitor the gate, the house facades, and the garage. There is a charging station for electric vehicles, free at certain times from April to October. The property's electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.
