The apartment, entirely renovated, with exposed wooden beams and Palladian flooring, is furnished in a modern style and consists of two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, for a total surface of 102 m2. The windows of the kitchen and living room overlook the Beccarie canal, a feature that only a few houses in Venice have the privilege of having. The windows of the rooms overlook the Campiello dei Sansoni. Composition and equipment: Entrance: large wardrobe and bookcase. Bedroom 1: double bed (160cmX190cm), sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, duvets, throws. Bedroom 2: double bed (160cmX190cm) + single bed (80cmX190cm), wardrobe Living room: TV, double sofa bed (160X190), armchair, pouf. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (moka), pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, place mats, dining table for 6 people, utensils. Bathroom: large shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, hair dryer, washing machine, setendibiancheria. Equipment: high-speed WI-FI, air conditioning with a split for each room, mosquito nets, central heating, vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is located inside the fourteenth-century Palazzetto of the Sansoni, with three-lobed windows, a Gothic shield with a crest and a Byzantine frame from the ninth century. The apartment is on the third floor, overlooking Campiello dei Sansoni, typical Campiello Veneziano bordering the small canal that leads to Rialto, called Rio delle Beccherie. The location is very central and strategic for those who want to visit and get to know Venice and experience the city like the Venetians. At the same time tranquility and quiet are guaranteed thanks to its location in a calle inside the main road of Ruga Rialto. Shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, museums, banks, supermarkets, churches, monuments can be reached in a few steps. The apartment is easily reachable on foot from Venezia Piazzale Roma (bus station and car park), from Tronchetto and from Santa Lucia train station (about 20 minutes walk). The nearest ACTV vaporetto stops are Rialto Mercato (line 1), San Silvestro (line 1), Rialto (lines 1 and 2), and are about 250 meters on foot.
