Tolle ruhige Lage! Die Landschaft war atemberaubend! Morgens die Passeier-Ziegen vor dem Fenster zu haben zaubert einem gleich ein lächeln ins Gesicht. Häuschen liegt jedoch auch etwas abseits. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und auf Anfrage gab es morgens frische Eier, Milch und eigenen Speck zum Frühstück! Auch gab es viele leckere Sirups! Waren wundervolle erholsame Tage.

Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television and washing machine. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, you will find a private garden and balcony, as well as a covered furnished terrace with a grill. All the outdoor area has remarkable views of the mountains that surround St. Leonhard. Parking spaces are available on the property. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.

The village is 5 minutes away by car (2km). There you will also find bakeries, restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor water park, which is open from mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only 15 minutes away by car (17 km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours away by car.
