The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

The Penthouse is facing all sides of the palace and it is furnished with central air conditioning, Wi-fi and all modern commodities. The Large and bright living room can sit 8 persons and the dining room has seating for 8 as well. The terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table where you can dine and sunbathe. This is the second living room for about 7 month a year. The bedrooms are queen size and the gold up canopy with the exquisite 17th and 18th century furniture give a character to the rooms that is unique. The bathrooms are in marble and the kitchen is fully equipped also for professional cooks. The apartment can be reached by stairs or a lift and the proximity with the Sant’Angelo vaporetto is extremely convenient for Alilaguna Airport shuttle boat and vaporetto Line 1.

In the surrounding area, there is a large Supermarket (SIMPLY) and several groceries in the “crosera” or “Calle delle botteghe”and “Salizada San Samuele”. There is a famous restaurant just 70 meters way (Acqua Pazza) and several others at walking distance such as Beccafico, Fiore, Bacareto, Rosa Rossa and many more. The Santo Stefano area is famous for all the cafés to sit and watch the people passing by such as the famous “Paolin”.
