The house is at only 100 mt. from free and private beaches with a beautiful seaview.The large terrace give you the possibility to enjoy your meals outside ,during the good season..For your entertainment there are several books,a DVD selection,a powerful unlimited WIFI free of charge, Amazon Prime video,board games for children.
The apartment is located in Ostia Lido, seaside town of about 250,000 residents 25 km from Rome.The apartment is located in the commercial area, has 5 supermarkets within the range of 400 mt.The bus stop at 50 meters.The beach 100 meters. Ostia has kilometers of beaches equipped to make a seaside vacation while being close to the downtown..There are shopping centers, theaters, multiplex cinema, swimming pools, sports fields for any type of activity', bike paths and the new Port of Rome, with an hundred shops for shopping, open all day. Ostia promenade and the beautiful pinewood of Castelfusano, a destination for bicycle lovers, jogging and picnicking on the grass.There are several discotheques, bingo hall, arcades, restaurants, coffee bars. Mc Donald's and ice cream parlors. Ostia Lido is located only 7 km. from Fiumicino Airport and 50 km from the port of Civitavecchia, home to the ferry for Sardinia and Corsica as well as airport of the most 'important cruise ships.The archaeological sites of Ostia Antica and the Trajan port are at only 6 Km.
