TO BE KNOWN: For an extra charge of 20% of the cost of the rental itself, it is possible to use a third room ON REQUEST: this is a depandance away from the main body of the property consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, an external washbasin, air conditioning and a pergola in front of the entrance. It is not ideal for accommodating children, as the distance from the main body would not allow for careful supervision of them We welcome our Guests at the check-in and offer our assistance trough out their stay; we are also able to arrange on request additional services like dinner with private chef at the villa, wine-tasting sessions, cooking classes, shuttle from/to airport, car rental and sightseeing tours, boat tours. Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, eur 55.00 will be charged (check in fee). Security deposit of EUR 2.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of EUR 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 5.000 in case of damages. Surcharge for pets: EUR 100.00 per stay Extra linen and towels: EUR 25.00 per person Baby cot and high chair: EUR 50.00 per stay Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair). To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur 70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Trulli Terralta is a lovely complex of 4 cones and a lamia, with panoramic views over the valley of our cherry orchard Apulian countryside. It is located in a strategic position just a few minutes drive from major attractions, such as the cities of Alberobello, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Polignano a mare [...]. The area on the front of the trulli is equipped with barbecue and a large round stone table, under a pergola, where you can have lunch or dinner, surrounded by local fruit trees such as almond, cherry, fig etc.. Adjacent to the house there is a pergola, equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds for relaxation, embellished with climbing vines that give white grapes of excellent quality. Through the largest trullo you enter the living area of the house connected through a characteristic stone arch to the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge-table. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed, to the bathroom with shower, and finally to the living room with sofa bed and TV; a large glass French window connects to the outdoor pergola. The second double bedroom, larger, is located to the left of the living room, with more privacy and en-suite bathroom. Trulli terralta enjoy peace and privacy, not too far from excellent restaurants, stores and beaches in the surrounding towns such as the city of Alberobello, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is only 10 minutes by car, the center of Castellana Grotte, known for its karst caves, also just 10 minutes by car. And finally the lively town of Monopoli, where you can appreciate the beaches of crystal clear water and the many restaurants in the historic center, which is only 15 minutes by car.  Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

The depandance will be open only in case the guests are more than 6 as it involves an extra charge to be paid. If the number of guests is less than 6 or equal to 6, the third room can still be opened upon request but always by paying an extra charge.
