It e was a most inviting and comfortable facility. The staff were amazing.alexandro and his staff made me feel like I was visiting my cousin Vincenzo in New Jersey. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The recommendations for other restaurants was Superior. The rooms were good sized quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bar and bartender were Superior. It was surprising to have my favorite cocktail, the last word, in such a location. The Villa was quite centrally located and allowed us to visit numerous locations in the area.

Reasons why Dorotea and her daughter are amazing: 1. We got in at 1:00am and they waited up for us to get us checked in. 2. We washed some of our clothes in the sink and hung them on the shower to dry. When we got back to the room, they had hung up our clothes to dry in the sun. I almost cried it was so nice. 3. We ordered something from Germany to be shipped to the hotel and it got lost. The host helped us track down and retrieve the package. 4. They conversed with us every morning at breakfast and gave us recommendations. 5. The had homemade unique cakes everyday at breakfast. 6. They had fresh meat (homemade by Dorotea's father) and cheese every day at breakfast. 7. They made us custom swan towel art in the room!! We were the worst guests and did not deserve them. Martina Franc combines beauty and cleanliness with many of the services of a large city. The restaurants are very good. The cafes on the square are a great place to enjoy coffee and pastry while people watching. The people are friendly and helpful. My Italian is not good but if the person I was speaking to didn't understand me they found someone that did speak English.

Martina Franca is a charming town, not overly touristed, with many restaurants and bars. We especially like Muscato Bar for our morning coffee and cornetto and also for afternoon apertivi; Culo e Camicia makes fantastic pizza; fried pizza appetizer, and any pasta with with the homemade tomato sauce at Ristorante Garibaldi is THE BEST! The people of Martina Franca are friendly; many speak some English. It is a great base for exploring Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Taranto, and Grotto di Castellana.

I loved how clean it was and the secured parking and how close it was to old town Martina Franca. I also liked that it was a Trulli home . The host helped me so much in planning my travels while driving.

Martina Franca is a beautiful town, probably a little overlooked by a lot of visitors because of its close proximity to Locorotondo, Aberobello and Cisternino, though it also offers a great base to visit them from. The town has some fantastic architecture along its streets, particularly in the old town and the piazzas are great locations for admiring the buildings and a bit of relaxation. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and with less tourists around you can really immerse yourself in the Italian culture and way of life.

Martina Franca is an understated and not always well explored city, but worth a lot if consideration as a place to explore the region, it is a magical Baroque small city, divided into old and new ,and both worth time , esp the old section , beautiful squares, a magnificent Cathedral, where if you are lucky you my see a typical and exciting Italian wedding taking place any day of the week , so many restaurants, of all manner of food, amazing valley views of the Valle of idris and proximity to many well known and much visited villages such a Alberbello Don’t miss this beautiful place , stay afew dys and be surprised

Not too small, not too big.

Not too small, not too big. It has enough restaurants and caffees to offer great variety of options and fun for a week or so, but the owners still have to care because the influx of tourists isn't unlimited. The Tripoli caffee nearby, has an amazing ice creams, fragola and melon tastes are worth a million. Famous Alberobello is only near 15 or-so kilometers away.

Perfectly refurbished romantic apartment with plenty of elegance, quality materials and cosy feel. Located in the heart of Martina Franca in the city center so you can feel the pulse of the city. Despite that, bedroom is very quiet for sweet sleeping. Parking is quite easy in Viale Europa parking, only about 400 meters / 5 min. by foot away. We were traveling with 3 children (4,6,8) and there was enough space for everyone. Very very clean.

The trulli was well located for day trips to other towns in Puglia. It was very comfortable and well set up for both short and long stays. There are several sitting areas outside for meals/drinks. It was wonderful to be in the countryside enjoying the peace and being surrounded by olive groves. The owners were very helpful and available whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the trulli and highly recommend it.

Amazing place. You feel like your home. Francisco and Sarah made our stay special ❤️, in finding parking space, picking up, check in and out was smooth. Breakfast is so freshly delivered at doorstep every morning ( they ask you about your preferences the night before). Super convenient location to discover Martina Franca and neighbouring towns ( we had a rented car). We will definitely come back here. 6 out of 5 stars.

The location was superb and was located on a beautiful little street in centro storico. It was close to restaurants and bars yet was very quiet so it was possible to sleep. The common area was bright and cheerful with lovely views. The premises were extremely clean. Coffee and tea provided on site. The wifi worked at all times. The owners were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. I would stay there again.

If you want a taste of Puglia at its best, then go to the Masseria trulli e vigne. It's the perfect getaway spot working to the highest standards of Pugliese hospitality. Wonderful pool, wonderful food and rooms, but above all wonderful team: Sonia, Arianna, Donnatela, Simona, and Giuseppe, plus great restaurant team and brilliant chef. I don't usually go back to the same place, but I will this time.

an excellent modest kitchen, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a superb maitre d', who may make the best cappuccino in Italy, and grounds (a small park, fitted with chairs and tables under the trees) that are a delight for reading, resting, working, or chatting with friends. Convenient for every part of town, and the festival.
