Villa Aziz is a vacation rental property located in Donnalucata, Sicily. Villa Aziz can sleep up to 11 people (10 adults and 1 child) with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue. Villa Aziz is divided into the main building and the annex. The main building has two floors. On the first floor, there is a large dining area with a fireplace, the kitchen with access to the terrace. There is also a 1 double bedroom with A/C and 1 family bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a 1 double bedroom with A/C, 1 twin bedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C and direct access to the pergola. There are also 2 family bathrooms with a shower on this ground floor. In the annex, there is an open-plan large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom with a shower. There is also 1 double bedroom with A/C and en suite bathroom with a shower. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights . Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.
