The stay exceeded my expectations from the start. Despite havoc with the trains and a long delay to arrive at Campitello di Fassa from Bolzano (you need 2 buses with a long waiting time during the evening), the owner offered to pick me up from the Vigo di Fassa (some 15 minutes away by car). Davide has been super friendly, helped with locations, and their food and service at their Osteria were top class. It is a 2-star hotel with a 5-star service! Also the hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the Col-Rodella cable car and is right next to a path along the river that takes you to Canazei by foot!.

Cosy hotel in traditional tiroler style. Very friendly staff, make you feel completely at home. Great location close to the Col Rodella lift. Excellent quality food in the restaurant, and great wines.

The accommodation was great, we got an upgrade because of the availability of a better room during our stay, and we appreciated it very much. The hotel has a lot of clever facilities - like a ski garage near the cable car or automatic doors opening just by using a chip card. Breakfast was great especially if we count on the fabulous Italian coffee and the various local pastries made by the owners. The best thing that we have to mention is that the owners actually run the best restaurant in the whole area - a jewel in itself - don't forget to make a reservation ahead. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent dinner - we stayed for three nights and the food was absolutely amazing! In general, the common area is really nice and cozy. The rooms are clean and there is everything necessary there. Great value for the money!

The decor was lovely and the restaurant is top notch the wine list is exceptional. The location is great, right opposite the Col Rodella cable car station giving access to the hiking trails of the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto.This was my first visit to the Val di Fassa and can’t wait to return and will definitely stay at Villa Ruggero again 👌

Very friendly staff, close to cable car, at the edge from Campitello, simple but cosy and very clean rooms, excellent Italian cuisine, cute hotel dog Strudel. There are some places you go to and you feel instantly at home and welcome - Villa Ruggero is one of those. :)

Vyborna lokalita, skvělá dostupnost lanovky a vyborne vyresena lyzarna skoro az u lanovky. Majitel skvely ve vsem se snazi vyjit vstric. Ubytovani čisté denně uklizeno. Pohodlna postel rano nebyl clovek vubec rozlamany. Divum se, ze jsou prezentovani jen jako 2 hvezdickove ubytování myslim, že by mohly byt v klidu 3 hvezda. Pokud pojedu příští rok opet lyzovat do Dolomit tak tohle ubytovani bude v mem hledáčku.

L'hotel è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'impianto di risalita Col rodella e a 5 a piedi minuti dal centro di Campitello, quindi posizione ottima sia per chi ama sciare sia per fare una passeggiata la serata. Nota super positiva la colazione della mattina che ci ha conquistati con le torte fatte in casa, diverse ogni giorno, e per la presenza dell'alternativa salata.
