Very bright apartments in the heart of Venice. Unbeatable location and stunning unique view on Venice's roofs! The apartments are only 3 minutes from Rialto's Bridge in the heart of Venice and 5 minutes from Saint Mark Square. Everything is sanitize scrupulously after each stay. They are on the top floor of an ancient 16th-century noble palace (Palazzo Zen-Ruzzini), so their window lets you enjoy a spectacular view on Venice roofs and bell tower. The apartments are located on 4th floor without an elevator (NO ELEVATOR, not recommend to anyone who had a physical/heart condition) but it's very bright and with a great view ! The apartment 1 is composed of a 2 double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment 2 is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bed room, 1 living room with sofa, kitchen and bathroom.
We like meeting people from all over the world, so we’re always happy and keen to share our own experience of Venice with you, offer local info, explain how to avoid tourist traps and of course give tips on our favourite restaurants and places to visit. There is no question that Venice has now grown into a world tourist destination. We believe that the future of Venice as a city must inevitably entail a collaboration and dialogue between tourists and residents. Mutual trust is key to our vision. We understand hospitality as a way of taking care of our guests' needs, as wide-ranging as these may be. We love to take responsibility for how our guests will remember the places they visit. Our goal is that our guests, at the end of their stay, will learn to understand and respect our city’s uniqueness and feel a little bit like residents themselves. We’d like them to feel at home and think for a short moment in time that they would never go away from here.
The Apartments are only 3 minutes from Rialto's Bridge in the heart of Venice and 5 minutes from Saint Mark Square. The location is strategic: well connected to the Marco Polo Airport (waterbus), Treviso Airport (shuttle bus+public boat), to Train Station Venezia Santa Lucia and car parking in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, to Lido (venetian beaches) and the main islands (Murano, Burano..). After the reservation we will send you indications and pictures about how to arrive at home. In the immediate vicinity there are many services and shops (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, ice cream shop, libraries, etc..) And also: 2 minutes from home there is the “Reali Wellness” SPA, an exclusive and refined sanctuary of wellness and relax located in the very heart of Venice. The sauna, the Turkish bath, the emotional showers and the Jacuzzi will help you find the peace and calm you are looking for. 3 minutes from the best panoramic view of Venice 360 degree. From the rooftop of T Fondaco Dei Tedeschi by DFS shopping center, one of the most famous building in Venice, located at the foot of the Rialto Bridge
