The house is also equipped with a very simple self check-in process that allows you to enjoy your stay without waiting and without stress. It is possible to park either on the street in the designated areas, respecting the city's costs and times, or in the two guarded parking lots (for a fee) located a few minutes' walk from the facility. In just ten minutes on foot you can reach the main attractions of the city, the sea and the train station.

My university background is in agriculture, and I now manage the production of table grapes, wine, and extra virgin olive oil. The neighborhood enjoys a highly central location that allows us to reach, via the wonderful seafront promenade, major attractions such as the Basilica of San Nicola, the Swabian Castle, and the Old Town. Just a few steps away, we also find the city's most popular streets, full of bars, restaurants, cinemas, shops, and especially the magnificent theaters, nestled in the Murat district: a true architectural gem, an urban work of art with its streets and squares intersecting in a play of perfect geometries. A pleasant and refreshing 15-minute walk along the Lungomare (seafront promenade) will take us to Bari's largest bathing complex, Pane e Pomodoro. Just a ten-minute walk from our house is Piazza Aldo Moro, equipped with all transport services such as trains, buses, and taxis that will take you to the wonderful villages and the most beautiful beaches of Puglia.
