Enjoy your vacations in our brand new apartment in Tanik Tulum. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, we've prepared the apartment to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. Equipped with a queen size bed, Smart TV and kitchenette we make sure all your necessities are covered. In the afternoons you can relax on your jacuzzi, wander through the gardens, exercise at the gym or gaze an amazing sunset from the rooftop.

Neighborhood info

We're located in the area of La Veleta, a new upcoming area where you will find a variety of activities. Right in 5 Avenida Sur there are other condos and at 1.2 km you will find a small plaza with restaurants, cafes, a gym, small organic market and a co-working space. We are 10 min away from downtown by car, 20 min away from the Hotel Zone and 8 min away from Cenote Escondido. Since the area is still in development there are some streets unpaved, although this shouldn't stop you from getting to know Tulum and its surroundings. We have free parking right outside the condo. In Tulum you can move around by car, scooter, bike or taxi. Keep in mind that buses don't run in the city yet and Uber is not available here. We recommend renting a car/scooter for a more comfortable experience.
