I strongly recommend the the Hyatt Zeva, Puerto Vallarta. This is an all inclusive venue. The facilities are excellent, well maintained and beautiful!
I love an April visit. It is the end of the High Season. There are fewer guests, and the weather is very pleasant.

1. The shower water pressure and temperature were great.
1. The shower water pressure and temperature were great.
2. THE FOOD WAS CONSISTENTLY COLD. I WENT TO BREAKFAST WHEN IT STARTED AT 730AM AND FOOD WAS COLD?
3. NO ONE BUT A HANDFUL OF STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH SO NEEDS WENT UNMET.
4. BAR TENDERS NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO MAKE DRINKS.
5. RESORT NEEDS NOT TO BE SO RESTRICTIVE IN THEIR POLICIES AS WE PAID OVER $2000 FOR OUR STAY. A BABY SHOULD NOT PREVENT THE PARENT FROM EXPERINCING A RESTAURANT. THE FOOD WAS COLD AND TASTELESS ANYWAY. WE WAS ABLE TO TRY IT IN THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT.
6. ALL ACTIVITIES WAS SPOKEN IN SPANISH! ONLY A HANDFULL OF STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH. THE STAFF WITH DIRECT CONTACT WITH US DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I GOT SICK FROM THE SEAFOOD. WAS IN BED THE LAST TWO DAYS.
7. MINI BAR WAS NEVER FILLED WITHOUT US CALLING FOR A REFILL AT 2PM.
8. NO STAFF USED GLOVES IN PREPARING OR HANDLING THE FOOD.
MY FAMILY PAID HARD EARNED US DOLLARS TO STAY AT THIS RESORT JUST TO BE DISRESPECTED, FED COLD TASTELESS FOOD, AND DISMISSED. THIS RESORT NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL FROM THE MANAGER CHRISTOPHER WHO WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE WITH ANY CONCERNS. CHRISTOPHER DIDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO ANYTHING WE SAID, HE WAS UNBENDING WITHOUT BEING REASONABLE. JUST INEFFECTIVE WITH AMERICANS. HE IS AN ARROGANT MEXICAN WITHOUT CAUSE OR JUSTIFICATION. AS THE MANAGER HE SHOULD CONSIDER SERVING MEXICAN FOOD, ESPECIALLY AT THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT AND ALSO ENSURE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE FOOD IS HOT, ESPECIALLY COMING OUT THE KITCHEN TO THE TABLE. I REALLY DISLIKED MY STAY AT THIS RESORT AND IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL IF I OR ANY AMERICAN I KNOW VISITS!
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT RAUL AND CHRISTIAN WAS EXCELLENT!! MORE STAFF LIKE THEM ARE NEEDED.

we have been coming here for over 25 years, PV has changed so much. It's very busy with many tourists, but you can still find a lot of good restaurants and the people are so friendly. I come from CA, so its an easy flight and sunny when it's winter at home. Great seafood, guacamole and margaritias!

Loved Boca and the hike to Las Animas!
Loved Boca and the hike to Las Animas! Loved being able to take the water taxi back, but sometimes felt pressured to take water taxi at other times. Did not like Zona Romantica area as it felt too much like a glorified Las Vegas! Puerto Vallarta zoo needs more funding for upkeep. Malecon was beautiful. Yelapa was beautiful. Bus was reasonable and accessible. Food in Mismaloya was the best deal for price paid! Food at Boca was good, but higher priced. Food in Zona Romantica was overrated.

The hotel looks nice but everything that could go wrong did.
The hotel looks nice but everything that could go wrong did. The receptionist was supposed to give me double oceanview and gave me a queen bed she was upset and gave me another room facing the pool. The plumbing is terrible no hot water for a day and the staff gives you alot of excuses with no results a manager is non existent you never talk to him. My daughters passport was stolen out the room she pick this hotel for her birthday and that happened, my second daughter went to the beach and got her iPhone stolen. The staff member reimburse me for 1 night stay and I went to the money exchange and (2) 200 hundred dollar bills pesos were fake she asked me who gave you that I told her the hotel and she apologized for them. So this the first and last trip here this trip was the worst!!👎🏾

It was a unique stay. An open air hotel on the beach. Ancient with no upgrades. It felt like traveling back in time. I loved the beautiful view and comfy bed. The bathroom was original from 100 years ago and was still intact…truly unique as most of the time charm is taken away with unnecessary remodels. It felt like staying in a haunted house on the beach. The breakfast room was lovely and yummy coffee! I also loved watching from above the quiet beach activities. It was a photographic dream of a location. Beautiful sunsets.
This is a small sweet hotel located perfectly near the beach in the center of zona romantica.
i thought the rooms would be better for this price but they are still really OK.
breakfast is VERY nice.
the place is sometimes loud - did not really bother me 95% of the time - but if you like quiet places this is not one.
The staff is nice and the atmosphere is great.
there are also shows and little parties.
wifi / AC / hot water etc - were all pretty good.
All and all it's a sweet place.
The ocean front location was spectacular. We sat on our terrace and listened to the sound of the waves. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and walking directly out to the pools. The condo was the perfect size for two people. The condo is very close to a grocery store and several great restaurants. Ubers were readily available and affordable. The bus stop is nearby. We went downtown and to the Romantic Zone several time. Great location for seeing Puerto Vallarta and beyond.
Everything I needed was right there. The pools were great, views were great and the service was what I had expected. I read a lot of poor reviews prior to going and I do not think they were fair- this is not a 5 star luxury stay. It is a comfortable, beautiful all inclusive hotel that has everything you need! The Italian restaurant was yummy, staff was kind and the buffet is what I expected of a hotel buffet! My room was clean every day and so were the other hotel facilities.
I loved the location near the beach and being at the end of a street blocked from thru traffic. The rooms were fantastic, very clean and loved hearing the ocean waves hitting the beach. The staff kept people out of the area at night so it was nice and quiet. There was a pool on the beach and some rooms had private pools. Several friends had rooms and the staff did not give us a hard time about going to the other rooms. They also supplied bottled water at the front desk.
This place is in an awesome location walking distance to everywhere in the romantic zone in Puerto Vallarta! It was my second time back at this place and I absolutely love it! The rooms are super clean, with kitchen, washer and dryer etc.. is great for someone looking for more of an extended stay in PVR as it provides all the amenities... the best taco stands are literally down the stairs outside, and a big pharmacy/grocery store right downstairs!
The staff was the best part of the resort. They were extremely nice and tentative to anything you requested. The care takers at the kid’s club were great with the kids and did an amazing job keeping our son entertained for a couple hours each day. The grounds were very nice, our favorite server was Jorge by the pool, he killed it. The location is right on the beach, and right in the middle of downtown, which was perfect.
We didn't have breakfast on site. Only supper, and it was good. The soup was excellent. The hamburger was okay. And the rest of the food was really good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I think that was the best part of it. The hotel itself is of a rustic architecture but can't complain at all, as it suits the rest of the neighborhood (it's practically downtown).
A nice, Mexican budget family hotel. The rooms are very simple, two twin beds, a large refrigerator, flat screen tv with great variety of channels. Restaurant is good and fairly priced, the pool area was great and it's all right on the beach. Very close to the Malecon but still very quiet and secure. Very clean, great views, great value for my money!
We loved the hotel! The staff was incredible, they think of every detail! Everyone was super friendly, even other guests. The view in the rooftop is amazing. If we ever go back to Puerto Vallarta we will definitely stay here again. We didn’t get the all inclusive and we regret the decision.
I liked the location where the Hotel was located in an upscale neighborhood and across the street from a golf course.
The food at the all hotel restaurants were all very good and the prices were reasonable.
I would book a stay there again if I am returning to that area of Mexico.i
Breakfast was lame. Coffee and white toast… not breakfast! Worst was that booking map said it was one price and reality was almost twice as much. Not happy with booking service. The hotel is okay but I didn’t think the value was quite there.
The facilities are almost new. The hotel is very clean. Even though the hotel is not on the beach it is within a few steps. Most staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is within walking distance from shopping and downtown.
Right on the beach and overall a good all inclusive resort! The super friendly staff are definitely the big asset to this hotel. Please do not forget to tip them, they deserve it and it is part of them making a decent living.
Wonderful hotel, great location, 1 block from the malecon and beach. Plenty of great restaurants withing walking distance. Located in Old Town, which is the best part of Puerto Vallarta to stay in.
Cute old school hotel in the center of romantic zone. Charming patio, this is not an international class hotel. This a family run hotel and the rooms have one window and are all small.
Comfort Inn is my go to hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The staff are bilingual, friendly and helpful, So glad they have a restaurant and pool on sight. Glad to be a repeat customers.
The good people that is in charge of making sure every guest in this hotel gets the best service possible. It is a wonderful place to stay while in Puerto Vallarta.
