    “Self catering. Although a nice hamper with some basic goods would of been nice on arrival. Especially the Villa being away from the local. Shops. Normally on our villa trips around the world there alway a hamper with some food goods.”

Unique & amazing 3 bedroom 5 bathroom villa w/ private pool in the new exclusive secured Kaybe community of Tulum. This is an actual full home (no shared walls). Great location in Tulum, yet still quiet and peaceful with jungle surroundings. Located across from the Tulum ruins. You get access to private yoga architecture, jungle tower, gym, jogging trails and beautiful jungle parks with many more amenities. 15-minute bike ride to the beach and Tulum ruins. The space Private yard with pool in fully walled back yard. Take in beautiful sounds and sites of the jungle from the 3rd floor patio. Walk a block to the amazing nature park with one-of-a-kind architectural structures and 7 story tower with views of the Mayan ruins and the ocean. Remote Technology Workers: Dont be stuck in a property at risk for the weekly Tulum power and internet outages that can last for days. The home has city power with automatic standby generator, battery backup, solar and independent high speed WIFI (Starlink). The gated community offers 24 hours security, parking, reception, events room, sundecks, semi-Olympic pool, children’s pool, paddle courts, social area, terrace, snack area, children’s area, changing rooms, jogging track, gym, yoga room, and spa. House has water filtering, water softener & reverse osmosis. No more damaged hair. 2 bikes are available for use as is the washer and dryer.
