Zorba is the sister property to our Mahayana Tulum Beach Homes located at KM8. We began operating our Mahayana Property with home rentals in 2007 and opened our second and newest Zorba Property in 2018. The two properties are 800m apart and friendly management team runs both. We personally welcome our guests and assist with any needs or questions during your stay. It is our goal for all our guests to have a beautiful Tulum experience and feel at home.

Zorba Beach Homes is an all-suite property whose fully furnished villas range from a breathtaking two-bedroom penthouse to an expansive five-bedroom villa with a private seaside swimming pool. Collectively, the homes share a beautifully landscaped property surrounded by lush trees, 1,500-square-foot rooftop patio and communal pool exclusively for guest use, creating a luxurious oasis equally suited to couples, families and large groups. Guests of Zorba Beach Homes are treated to a wealth of amenities that ensure their stay is as comfortable and memorable as possible. In addition to fully outfitted kitchens, suites include regular housekeeping, purified water, organic toiletries and air conditioning. Guests are also granted free access to loungers and daybeds for sunning on the private beach, as well as stand-up paddle boards, sea kayaks and boogie boards to explore the Caribbean Sea. Our hospitality manager and Zorba staff are onsite daily and ready to assist with your stay. Zorba is centrally located to enjoy all Tulum beach has to offer - great restaurants, shops, bars, yoga and spas. Massage, Chef and childcare are also available onsite by prior arrangement.

The Zorba Property is for guests only. We are in the boutique hotel zone of Tulum Beach. We are close to delicious and authentic restaurants, world class spas, and the most beautiful boutiques the area has to offer. We encourage guests to go for a stroll and see where their curiosity leads them. For those who seek adventure, we are happy to arrange for excursions with a local guide to explore the stunning local cenotes, ruins, or lagoons. We are pleased to offer visitors to Mexico an elevated, one-of-a-kind accommodation experience on the beaches of Tulum!
