Very nice and big apartment, kitchen with all you need! 🙂 Very good location Close to restaurants, supermarket and bakery 🧁 Close to téléphérique 🚠 to go to Monte (18 euros) Close to the cathedral and the ocean walk Taberna Ruel restaurant under the apartment makes you a 10% discount, it is a good restaurant quality. I recommend the lapa, the tuna fish 🐟, choice one for two so you have place for dessert after. Advice : go early! visit the East of the island for 34 euros all day, buy ticket in a kiosk like Madeira excursions by the oceans’walk. Very interesting excursion 9:15 am to 5 pm 🤩🤩🤩

Our Madeira was established in 2007 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live. We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally.

Located in the pedestrianised Old Town of Funchal, in the midst of the restaurants and bars and close to the market, these very spacious apartments are ideally located for those wishing to explore Funchal. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, you will find the market, cable car to Monte, main shopping areas, the marina and sea promenade, and many other points of interest within a 10 minute walk. The nearest facilities (supermarket, café, restaurant and market) are a short walk away. There is a public car-par than 150m away. Public transport is plentiful to all areas of the island. The bus stop is 150m away. Taxis are very reasonable, and the nearest rank is only 150m away. This property is registered and has an Alojamento Local lodging license nº 33448/AL Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days. All linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning included.

It also boasts a colourful covered market, numerous stately old buildings, including an imposing cathedral and a lovely theatre. The city has grown over the years, ascending higher and higher up the mountainsides, resulting in a beautiful display of sparkling white buildings by day and a myriad of glittering lights at night.
