Property info

New, well decorated, spacious and fully equipped apartment with all amenities to spend a restful and an unforgetable holidays! One bedroom with king size bed, built-in wardrobe and TV, the other bedroom with two single beds, with possibility to join and make double bed also with TV and wardrobe, both very large and very bright. A spacious living room with a nice balcony where you can have your meals overlooking the Ria Formosa. Two full bathrooms and one social. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Rooftop pool with fabulous views of the Ria Formosa and the City. Free WI_FI and AC in all divisions and lots of natural light throughout the apartment.

Neighborhood info

Olhão is a small town located in the Algarve's leeward, and is known as one of the best Portuguese cities to eat fish. Whitewashed houses and narrow alleys make this town a typically Algarvian town. Nearby you have access to the boat that takes you to the most beautiful beaches such as the Island of the Lighthouse, Armona Island or even the Island of Culatra. Fuseta Island is also an excellent beach where you can take a boat that takes about 10 min. All the beaches of Olhão have a blue flag. The Blue Flag is a symbol that ensures beach quality based on environmental standards such as water quality and beach cleanliness, as well as important facilities including toilets and lifeguards. A few meters from the house you can visit the famous market of Olhão, in front of the Ria and in the middle of the two most important gardens of the area, the Fishermen's Garden and the Patron Joaquim Lopes Garden. It is also in this area that you find the most frequented bars as well as the restaurants with the best fish!
