A Casa Paixanita, reconstruída em setembro de 2021, é composta por 4 pisos e tem muitas escadas. No rés-do-chão há um open-space cozinha + sala (com ar condicionado) e uma casa de banho. No 1º andar há o quarto principal (com ar condicionado) e no 2º andar um típico quarto de casal olhanense (pequeno e sem ar condicionado). No 2º andar pode encontrar um terraço com um jacuzzi privado de água aquecida, que não vai querer perder durante todo o ano. No mirante do 3º andar há uma zona de lazer e refeições, onde poderá desfrutar do nosso sol ou jantar com vista para as brancas açoteias desta cidade cubista. Por ter muitas escadas inclinadas, não é aconselhável para crianças menores de 8 anos. Devido ao facto de ser uma zona histórica, o estacionamento perto da propriedade pode não ser fácil.
A Silvia e o Jorge mudaram-se para Olhão e rapidamente se apaixonaram por esta cidade cubista. O labirinto de ruas de casas brancas, estreitas e com açoteias únicas, levam-nos às suas origens através da sua arquitetura e das suas lendas. Olhão é uma cidade autêntica, virada para o sol e com os pés na Ria Formosa.

A casa está situada na zona na baixa de Olhão, no histórico bairro da Barreta, conhecido pelas suas casas estreitas, de vários pisos e mirante no topo virado para o mar.
