Villa located in Manta Rota, about 900 metres from the beach (12 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). The pool is shared by the houses of Villa Eltael with heated water from April to October. The pool is off limits from November to December due to maintenance. Consisting of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, sofa bed, air conditioning in all rooms, shared pool with sun loungers and barbecue. Possibility of installing 2 extra beds with prior notice. Close to : Restaurants, supermarket, ATM, golf courses. Cacela Velha, Monte Gordo, Tavira and Ayamonte (Spain) LIST OF AMENITIES : The house is fully equipped with : Fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, ‘DOLCE GUSTO’ coffee machine (sold in supermarkets), orange juice maker and all kitchen utensils. Kitchen towels and tablecloths. Air conditioning in all the rooms. TV in the lounge. Sheets, face and bath towels, duvets, shower gel, shampoo, moisturising cream, toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cooking salt, seasoning salt, spices, small bottle of olive oil, small bottle of vinegar. Some capsules of coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, soft drinks and beer are left for the guests. For the Beach : Chairs, parasols and beach/pool towels. For the Barbecue : Charcoal, firelighters and utensils (they're in a drawer in the kitchen). For the pool : Villa Eltael has pool towels for guests to use.
