The apartment has been equipped and decorated with the purpose of providing guests a comfortable stay and includes a dedicated work space in the main bedroom. The space consists of 2 bedrooms (both have double beds), living room (sofa bed), a fully equiped kitchen, pantry, a bathroom and a balcony Access to a cable smart TV and 1Gb/s download speed wi-fi. Building only has 4 apartments (4 floors), 1 each floor and we are at the top 2. There is no elevator, not suitable for people with physical disabilities Street parking is free 19-9 (monday to friday), totally sundays and bank holidays. Saturdays paid only 11-16. You will find available spots next to the apartment for sure. There is a parking garage nearby (300m or 3 minutes walk) which we can book for your car, if you want.

This neighbourhood has really all the amenities, including metro station and bus stops, supermarkets, coffee shops, good restaurants for meat, vegetarians, convenience shops, bakery, fish shop, butcher, pharmacies, spas, etc Close to Praça da República and Lapa historical church (200m). 5 minutes walk to Trindade Station or 10 minutes walk to Avenida dos Aliados, the most important emblematic avenue in Porto. Bus stops literally in front of building´s entrance door. I will provide a guide with suggested restaurants/shops/places and ideas to improve your experience in our lovely city.
