The apartment is located inside Marina Mar condominium, on the the first floor - to access the apartment there's a 10 steps stair. Marina Mar is just a few steps away from Vilamoura beach (250 m) and the exclusive Vilamoura marina (right across the street!). It has two swimming pools, one exterior (with a kid's pool and free Wifi) and one interior, as well as a supermarket - Jafers. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and open up to the balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms. One with shower and a powder room. The living room has a TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining and seating areas. Also features a dedicated work place, if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine (coffee not included). During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Ongoing construction works in the building facade and parking lot, with no timetable for completion.
