Villa Oliveira is a beautiful villa ideal for families, located in a quiet cul de sac, near the village of Porches,o de Pera and Carvoeiro as well as from several beaches, golf course, and all local businesses. Only a 15-minute walk and we have the magnificent beach of Senhora da Rocha, several restaurants and supermarket. The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens which include lawns, beautiful plants, shrubs, small orchard comprising orange, walnut, mango and peach trees, and a centuries-old olive tree. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters surrounded by terrace areas for sunbathing and cooking a BBQ. Outside the lounge is a terrace overlooking the pool for alfresco dining. The villa has been beautifully designed with an artistic flare. Fully air-conditioned. The lounge is open plan with a log fire, stone wall feature and a cosy area for reading. European satellite TV with some English channels, WiFi and DVD player. The kitchen is open-planned, fully equipped and through an archway is a dining room.
