Amazing stay. Great staff. The food at the restaurant was incredible, specifically the beef fillet (some of the best we’ve ever had). The rooms were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

We stayed just one night, essentially as a quick stopover, but Casa Christina truly impressed us. The property is beautiful and spotless, and I really enjoyed the charming little patio—it felt so cozy and inviting. I appreciated the intimate atmosphere, far from the feel of a large resort, which made our stay very comfortable. A huge plus was their incredible hospitality: our flight was delayed, causing us to arrive much later than expected. Despite that, they stayed up late just to welcome us warmly. They were genuinely kind and patient, and we really appreciated their effort to accommodate us. Truly lovely people and a lovely place!

    We booked two nights here because it was not known in advance whether the Transfăgărășan highway would be open in June and maybe it will be necessary to use the cable car (The station is nearby, but it has strange operating principles, the rules are made up on the spot by the staff - be prepared to wait). Although the traffic had already been restored, there were not many people in the hotel. The rooms are basic, but everything is ok.

    Nice, quiet place in the mountains. We visited in February during off season, so we were the only guest in the hotel and maybe even in the whole area which was so peaceful. Room was great, host super kind (doesnt speak English but that was not needed). We even got coffee offered in the morning during check-out. He also has two wonderful kind dogs that will welcome you with open arms.

    The location was perfect, very peaceful and quiet!! We stayed there with our dog and everything is beautiful! Breakfast was good and the room was a classic shelter room! Parking in front of the hotel.

    One in a lifetime experience. Sleeping in ice hotel, from 3 to 4 January 2025, outside was -15°C and snowing full night and in Johannes Brahms was warm and cozy. Great experience!
