Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. However, if the room is not suitable to accommodate, the guest is liable for an upgrade to the next available family room at a additional charge per night. - When traveling with huge and multiple bags, please book a bigger room as the regular rooms only has limited space available. - When storaging bags after check out time at 11:00, a charge is applicable and payable at front desk. Please check with counter staff for storage price.
