Laura in the spa was amazing! I had a seasonal scrub w/ cranberries etc, but I'm sure any service she provides will be outstanding. All the staff was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and John Ash room service was delicious!

Fantastic location. Lobby restaurant/bar was great for drinks before going out and the continental breakfast was quite good as well. Very friendly surface. Room was large and comfortable.

It's the perfect location for the activities we planned for...
It's the perfect location for the activities we planned for the weekend. Hiking at the Riverfront Regional Park and Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and a quick visit to Korbel Champagne Cellars. We even had time to check out the Windsor Farmer's Market at the end of our trip.

We were traveling as a family of seven including two very young children. Accommodations were excellent. We did not appreciate the high pressure at the concierge desk to attend a complementary breakfast which we later learned included a sales pitch. It was very noisy in that area, and the explanation was difficult to understand. We did not have cell phone service in the apartment. We had to go to our car to use our phones. Also, we did not appreciate having to pay for WiFI and that only two devices could access this service.
