Get cozy in this modern apartment with a rustic twist. Discover a place to unwind with a roomy living room, chic decor and furnishings, and wood and tile floors throughout. There's a private garden that is an ideal and quiet space to dine outdoors. Private washer/dryer are included inside the apartment. Hardwood floor and tiles thru out, new remodel with new furnitures. We love decorating the house, and spend lots of time to make it nice. Its great for people like large space, or business travel, it has office desk area for work and washer and dryer inside the unit.

The apartment is in the central of Eagle Rock, very nice and safe area of Eagle Rock. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and banks. Easy and quick access to Pasadena, Glendale and downtown LA. Close to freeway 2 and 134.
