Location is just steps away from M&M store in time square. Hotel is supper clean staff is wonderful door crew and security is top notch. Great steakhouse right there wonderful rooftop bar close to all good entertainment and shopping you could ask for. Highly recommend this place.

The Hard Rock Hotel at the very hearth of Times Square offers an excellent location to start early in the morning and adventure into the city. It's just a few blocks away from the 5yh avenue and just next to the famous Times Square. The room was always clean, the people was always nice and smiley, despite the city being always in a rush and the check in/ check-out was very easy The room was comfortable, but we never stayed too long there. (We were tourists in NY!). The roof bar offered a good selection of drinks and nice time just to rest a bit. The view from there is not amazing, but you can definitely enjoy it

My stay at the resort was beautiful. There were a plethora of amenities. The room service food was 10/10 The roof top bar was beautiful 10/10 The food and music at sessions.(The restaurant in the hotel) 10/10 The staff were exceptional. My check in process was speedy. The Concierge were more than delighted to assist with directions. On the second day of my stay it started to rain the gentlemen at the help desk gave me an hotel umbrella for my travels during the day. They left me a birthday card and cake on my birthday. I would definitely stay there again.
