I liked everything about this hotel: location, cleanliness, comfort, helpful staff.

I loved the location of the property. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Also, the customer service was excellent and the rooms were so clean & comfortable! Parking was convenient too.

The location was great - close to Times Square and Central Park but on a quieter street. Very comfortable room, especially for the price.

The hotel location is great in the centre of Manhattan near Central Park and Times Square. Front disk was very helpful

The room was nice, the size was good, the bathroom was a reasonable size, compared to a lot of NYC hotel rooms. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. My view wasn't much, but I wasn't in my room that much. The location was perfect for all I had planned while in NYC. All in all it was a good hotel and I will stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and had excellent water pressure and hot water. The room was totally soundproof, despite its poor location sandwiched between 2 elevators. Like that it had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The staff was exceptional and friendly, and allowed us to check in early and check out late without hassle.

Great location, minutes walk to time square and broadway. Clean and comfortable rooms.
