I felt that staff was very interactive with guests. When I was checking in Kim was helpful in giving me the upgrade information and why I would book only through Hilton every time I want to come to New York.

We love the not getting any hassle when we check in or out or walk around and the location of this hotel.

The location of this hotel is really a great point. Close to Central Park, close to Times Square and the main attractions at 5th Av. It is walking distance to Central Station. So, it is really a fantastic location.

Food quality, location, ease of access to conference rooms

I really loved the cleanliness and how flexible the staff was because my team and I slept in late! I also appreciated how accommodating the hotel was of our plans changing!

The room was great for the price and size. The breakfast was quick and east. We really enjoyed being on the 43rd floor. The beds were very comfortable.

one of the BEST LOCATIONS in Manhattan....super clean and safe **amazing friendly staff** and accommodating, they let me check in very early as I had a night flight **LOVE the NY Midtown Hilton......good for tourists as well as business people. Expensive, but it's worth it.

Location is just PERFECT! I really love this hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, beds too.

.The staff was fantastic. The location was within walking distance to the theater and the recommendations for dinner were perfect.

These rooms are antiquated and dingy- zero storage or style. Very disappointed

Hi, I’ve booked a 10 night stay with you through British Airways. My package with British Airways package includes flights and hotel. However British Airways have confirmed to me that there is no hotel or room tax to pay on arrival. Is this something you can confirm too please? Thanksyou paid in full to British airways at the time of booking and they will pay the hotel all room and tax charges. The only thing you may need to pay for at the hotel is any services you buy --- like wifi, parking, drycleaning, etc.Answered on February 9, 2021

is there a refrigeratorNo there is not. You can request it and the hotel will try to accommodate the request. To guarantee a refrigerator is in the room you would need to book a Premier King roomAsked about: Urban 1 King Bed With Sofa Bed • Answered on February 15, 2021
