We liked that the hotel provided us with shuttle to and from Highlands, which is much better skiing are than at Aspen Ajack. Restaurant in the hotel is top quality and chef is providing very diverse and excellent cousin - we really enjoyed dinners at the place.

As an Aspen visitor for many years, I am disappointed with the high-value construction that has removed much of the city’s charm. The setting is as beautiful as ever with its exceptional hiking opportunities.

Great place to visit. Very walkable place.
Great place to visit. Very walkable place.
We drove from Denver to Aspen; beautiful drive but the last hour or so, should be done during daylight hours as the road gets very narrow, with very close and dangerous curves.
If possible, fly directly into Aspen.

The town is wonderful but much different than our first trip fifty years ago and all of it is not for the best either but it’s still a great town but bring you money as it’s very expensive. It’s to bad we couldn’t get access to go to Maroon Bells as that was where we went on our honeymoon and we would have liked to visit it again.

Aspen was absolutely beautiful. 100% worth going.
Aspen was absolutely beautiful. 100% worth going. Everything is very clean. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The town provides bus service to several places for free which is great. They also provide a free taxi service that travels inside the city for free. Makes it awesome for your short trips so you aren't constantly having to deal with parking or trying to GPS everywhere with the amount of pedestrians. The gondola was an amazing adventure also. EVERYTHING in town is very pricey so be prepared for some expensive meal tickets.

I visited Aspen with my family over the Christmas holiday and the town was just magical. The friendly and helpful nature of the people in this little town made us feel at home. Ski lessons at Buttermilk was the highlight of our trip. The mountain was beautiful and our instructor was awesome. Getting around town was easy and the bus rides were surprisingly free.

We came in the fall and stayed three nights.
We came in the fall and stayed three nights. We visited Maroon Bells, Kebler Pass, took the Silver Queen Gondola to the top of the mountain for the fantastic view. We even took Dean' Ghost tour one evening. Also, we visited John Denver's Sanctuary, which is worthwhile. Wish we had one more day to shop and explore the town and beautiful architecture. We really enjoyed Aspen.
We had a one-bedroom condo. Top floor. condo was very comfy and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Summer visit-There is no a/c, but a fan was provided, as the mountains are usually cool overnight, and worked fine. (We happened to be there while it was high 80F degrees) Pool and Hot Tub were very nice. Hot Tub/spa is large and secluded which is very nice. Location is just a block or two from the main dining/shopping district downtown Aspen. Great location. Price was reasonable.
Stayed here during our first trip to Aspen this fall. It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Location is great - quiet and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel manager is super nice and gave us a lot of good recommendations (hiking, biking, restaurants). The breakfast was also surprisingly good - didn’t expect a variety like that for an included breakfast. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Aspen!
The hotel was just a couple of minutes walk to the charming village of Aspen at the base of the ski slopes. Though we didn't use the room's full facilities, it offered a very well-equipped kitchenette. Though outdated, the room's style was very 70's ski-rustic, with vintage ski equipment decor. All in all, it was an amazing price for such an expensive resort town. We'd definitely stay again.
Great location with easy access to all of downtown Aspen and the bus system. Front desk was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport for all of our guests. The unit was up to date and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The property also had great amenities such as a pool, sauna, and gym. Would absolutely stay here again!
Condo hotel located in a prime heart of Aspen location - a few short blocks to everything - the Gondola at Ajax mountain, the supermarket, amazing shopping and restaurants, the transportation center (for the other mountains). Loved having a kitchenette as well. Great family option! With daily housekeeping, balcony and fireplace!
resort hotel. The location is excellent, the service is great, and the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport as well as buses to Aspen. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking very convenient. The scenery is beautiful.
The overall feel of the hotel was great, The lobby was very welcoming and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly, We felt like we were staying at a bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend and without a doubt would stay again!
Considering that this is one of the cheapest places to stay in downtown Aspen, I think everything is perfectly acceptable and I could get past the outdated feel. I felt like it was clean and the location is great.
Beautiful location and hotel. We enjoyed the sauna in the morning before our breakfast. A lot healthy choices. Not much for gluten free. But the staff put something together for me. Would definitely stay again!
The room is clean and warm. Daily breakfast is good and apres-ski snacks in the weekends is lovely. The location is 5min walk to the shuttle bus to ski resorts. Check in and out is quite easy too.
Perfect location right in the heart of downtown Aspen. The hotel shuttle drops and picks you up from all mountains which is super convenient. Breakfast excellent with a full variety of options.
Location is ok, 10 minute drive from aspen and parking is free, the rooms have a nice backdoor to the mountain or pool, easy access to the room from the parking lot.
I’ve stayed at the property many times. it’s comfortable and if booked in advance fairly reasonable for Aspen within a very short walk to all of downtown
