Reservations are for a two night minimum. No-shows will be charged for the total cost of their reservation. Arrival after 22:00 without prior notice constitutes a no-show.

No smoking inside. You may smoke outside on the concrete patio areas. If evidence of smoking is found inside the room or house, nonrefundable $500 deep cleaning fee will apply.
