- This property is situated in the University District neighborhood. - It is a micro studio apartment with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen, located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building with no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. - Access is through a main entrance door with a code, and the unit door has a lockbox. Check-in details will be sent before 3 PM on your check-in date or immediately after cleaning is completed. - The apartment is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, office table, swivel chair, extra chair, and a queen-size bed, as well as kitchen utensils.
