Beautiful location, room was gorgeous and clean, amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for what we needed, and we also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee the next morning. We found this hotel at a phenomenal price, which was great, but not sure it would be completely worth it at its full price, since it's on the pricier side.

STAFF 10/10: I am forever grateful to frontdesk Bryce, Rebeccah and Kennita for their hospitality, excellence, warmth, kindness, generosity, being friendly and super helpful to me with my 7-day stay with my tons of questions as a tourist, they always ensure I will have the best time in Seattle, they’re always fun to talk to, very informative and efficient with the heart to make the guests’ stay truly a great experience. Thank you so much… LOCATION 10/10 : At the historical area and at the very center of everything with almost all tourist spots in Downtown can be done by walking, just across Seattle Waterfront and just 4 mins walk to the nearest metro train station (with straight ride to airport), 9 mins walk to China Town & also to King Street Station for Amtrak Trains from / to Vancouver. Also hotel is just few steps from restaurants, bars & clubs, art stores, post office etc. COMFORT 10/10: Room is quiet and so pretty, like a historical opulent room with everything that a tourist would need, complete with comfortable big bed, cabinet, work desks, bedside lamps, lots of sockets, efficient aircon / heater, fridge, iron & board, hangers, blower, full body mirror, safe box, etc. They also have microwave that can be used 24/7 at the pantry. VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: Includes super generous and complete breakfast buffet. AMENITIES: 10/10 : they have ice and food vending machine for each floor. They have water dispenser downstairs for purified water, though i drink water straight from the room sink, I find the water safe for drinking. CLEANLINESS 10/10: All clean with regular daily house keeping , there’s also a do not disturb door sign option. WIFI 10/10 : super stable

The location was within walking distance of Seattle King Street Station. A basic breakfast was prepared and provided in the morning by a staff member. The facilities were generally satisfactory overall.

I stay here when attending performances in Seattle Center. I usually take Amtrak to King Street Station and walk 30-40 minutes with a backpack to the property, though there are taxis, Uber, and transit for bad weather days. Many food options nearly, including the famous "Dicks Drive-In" for guilt-pleasure burgers, and lesser known but excellent Mecca Cafe (serving classic diner fare). Great all-around accommodation choice.
