Great location Easy to get there Very pleasing decor

Great staff, good room size and perfect bed. I was busy with calls in the lobby, the girl on night shift was very helpful on finding me water, etc. I will be back in days!

Very comfy bed, overall great value

The place was simply above my expectations. The location is great, the room is small but very cozy and well organized. The view was fantastic. Staff was helpful and nice. Another great point is amazing breakfast for money they ask, with good variety of products. They even offer you cappuccino on the bar for breakfast. So good! Happy to recommend the place!

The spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the interior styling of the hotel. Central location to the waterfront and Space Needle. The restaurant was very good.

The room was exceptional and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything, everyone. The staff were wonderful, the hotel was great, bed was comfortable and the space was so clean.

Location was great, right near where we needed to go. The view of the lake was stunning at night. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, we literally fell asleep for a nap at 4 pm and didn't get up until the next morning!

Customer service and all amenities

We've stayed at the Ace twice now, and it's our favorite Seattle hotel: cute but non-pretentious, very friendly, in a great location near the water and some wonderful Belltown restaurants, and dog friendly.

Everything ! Right from the start, checkin was amazing, rooms fantastic and general area of the lobby so fun ! We have never just wanted to hang out in the lobby before but this place made us want to not leave. Staff gave great tips in where to go and what to see. This Hotel made our trip !!!

This location is perfect. The apartment was very clean and modern. Will definitely stay again. Go Seahawks!
